Barrow Street is a mixed use commercial
and residential development located on the Grand Canal
Exchange in Dublin City. Built in 2 six storey blocks
the development contains 81 residential apartments and
11,000 sq.m. of commercial office space. Work on the Barrow Street
project began in October 2004 and Update Technology completed the
mechanical and electrical installation in June 2005 on time and under
budget.
