Built in 3 seven storey blocks on Hatch Street, Park Place is one of Dublin’s most prestigious office developments. The three blocks that make up Park Place have a total floor area of 32,000 sq.m. and are interconnected, but also feature three separate entrance lobbies on Hatch Street. The development also includes a retail outlet which will be built into the vaulted substructure of the former Harcourt railway terminus.
As well as the shell & core installation of this development, Update Technology have been contracted to complete fitouts for three of Park Place’s tenants.
Hibernian Insurance PLC have moved into Blocks A & C which contains approximately 220,000 sq. ft. of office space. Their offices were designed by HKR Architects and Mott McDonald Pettit.
WS. Atkins designed the fitout for the first four floors of Block B which are occupied by the Investors Bank & Trust.
Floors 6 & 7 of Block B have been purchased by the Bank of America, the fitout of their offices has been designed by 3KA Architects.
