Located at the junction of Parnell Street and More Street, Parnell Plaza is a six storey over basement building. Update Technology have been contracted by Shelbourne Developments to install the mechanical and electrical services to the basement floor level, which is a 4,700 sq.m. retail centre, and also to the first floor which contains 2,700 sq.m. of commercial office space.
The main challenge on the Parnell Plaza project was that Jury’s Hotel occupies the remaining four floors of the building and continued to trade throughout the project, thus requiring a a significant amount of coordination between Update staff and Jury’s hotel staff.
