This contract consisted of the refurbishment of one of Beaumont’s existing
hospital wards into a 35 bed cardiac ward. Works were carried out while the intensive
care units on the floor above and below remained fully functional.
Update Technology installed the electrical services to the cardiac ward without
interruption to any of the usual hospital services, this called for a high level
of co-ordination and understanding between Hospital Staff, the Design Team and
Update Technology personnel.
