Navan Psychiatric Hospital is a secure
unit psychiatric hospital. Update Technology were responsible
for the electrical services installation on the refurbishment
of the Navan Psychiatric Hospital. This was a 8 month
contract. The key elements to this project were:
- Coordination
services which had to link into the main hospital existing services (power, fire
alarm, telephone/data ) with the hospitals technical Services Staff
- Detailed
planning for commissioning and training schedules to provide maximum support
to hospital staff
- Maintaining
all hospital services, including life-services and power interface, as part of
refurbishment of existing wards
