The Belgard Square development has been nominated by the South Dublin County Council for a LAMA Local Government Award in the category of Best Commercial Building. The awards will be held in the Burlington Hotel on the 20th January 2007 and will be hosted by Miriam O'Callaghan.

Eirgrid have appointed Update for the electrical aspect of the fitout of their new 200,000 sq.ft office in the Oval building in Ballsbridge.
