Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are currently recruiting Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. The Successful Applicant's will be joining a rapidly expanding Mechanical Division.

Contracts Managers


Responsibilities include:
  • Managing all aspects of the project(s), from site setup to client handover.
  • Managing Sub-Contractors.
  • Liaising with the main contractor.
  • Liaising with the design team.

    The successful candidate will report to the Director and must:
  • Have experience managing Electrical & Mechanical projects of value €1M or more.
  • Have experience managing projects in residential & commercial sectors.
  • Have proven ability to manage up to 3 projects simultaneously.
  • Be PC literate.
  • Hold appropriate qualifications

Quantity Surveyors

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of Tender Documents.
  • Preparation of Sub Contract Documents .
  • Preparation and Approval of all Variations.
  • Liaising with the design team.
  • Preparation and Approval of all Valuations
  • Cost analysis of all projects.
  • Preparation of all final Accounts.

Attendance at site meetings as required.

The successful candidate will report to the Director and must:

  • Have a Diploma/Degree recognised qualification in Construction Economics/Quantity Surveying.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in either Mechanical or Electrical projects.
  • Have a competence in Microsoft Office applications and Estimation software.
  • Have a flexible attitude to work and able to use your own initiative.

Project Managers

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing each project (specification and drawings) prior to start on site
  • Preparing Microsoft Project Plan
  • Working with the Contracts Manager to prepare other project documentation, including spreadsheet checklists
  • Working with the Contracts Manager and Estimator/Surveyor to manage long lead equipment and materials
  • Liaising with the Contracts Manager and Site Manager/Foreman on site issues including:
    • Installation Queries
    • RFIs
    • Progress
    • Testing
    • Snagging
  • Attending Site meetings when required
  • Managing drawings on-site and ensuring As-Built drawings are continuously marked up
  • Issuing Progress Reports to the Contracts Manager
  • Assisting in preparation of O&M Manuals and documentation
The successful candidate will report to the Contracts Manager and must:
  • Have experience managing Electrical & Mechanical projects of value €1M or more
  • Have experience managing projects in residential & commercial sectors
  • Have CAD experience and have competence in Microsoft applications, in particular Excel and MS Project
  • Hold appropriate qualifications
