Shelbourne Development commissioned the Belgard Square West project, which is a 40,000 sq.m. development, comprising eight state of the art buildings housing 370 residential units and a 10,000 sq.m. area containing retail, leisure and restaurant facilities.
The buildings were constructed using pre-cast concrete panels, which are manufactured in Belgium, and incorporate containment for mechanical & electrical services. This significantly speeds both installation time and programme.
