Commissioned by Gannon Homes, Clongriffen “The
Grange” is a new mixed commercial & residential
development on the north side of Dublin City. Update
Technology are installing the mechanical and electrical
services to blocks 12 & 16 which will house 137 apartments.
There is also 13,000 sq.m. of commercial office space
and a 25,000 sq.m. park and ride facility for the Dart.
Update Technology commenced on site in May 2006 and completion
is scheduled for late 2007.
