This exclusive development is currently
the largest mixed use development of its kind in Ireland,
the entire scheme is being built on 14.5 acres of land
off the Merrion Road. Commissioned by Radora Developments,
Elm Park consists of 6 eight storey blocks, two of which
have been designed for residential use and will contain
332 units and 100 senior citizen apartments.
Three blocks
will house 33,000 sq.m. of commercial office space. The
remaining block at Elm Park will house an 11,500 sq.m.
hospital and daycare centre, a 150 bed hotel which will
include a leisure centre and swimming pool, a restaurant
and a state of the art conference centre.
Update Technology have been commissioned to install
the mechanical and electrical services for the entire
development on a design and build basis, the project
commenced in February 2005 and completion is scheduled
for December 2007.
