Longboat Quay is a mixed use commercial,
residential and retail development which stretches from
the River Liffey to Grand Canal Dock on the south docklands,
and encompasses over 30,000 sq.m. of prime Dublin land.
Working within the parameters of the dockland masterplan,
the development comprises 2 five storey blocks. Housed
within these blocks are 295 exclusive waterfront apartments,
6,000 sq.m of retail space which will consist of restaurants
and shops, and 3,000 sq.m of commercial office space.
